Where it started

A full-service firm with a blank slate.

ELVT Financial does what most firms split across three or four offices. Financial education and planning, tax returns, life insurance, real estate, long-term care, wills and trusts, and final expense planning, under one roof, led by a founder who is a CPA, an MBA and a REALTOR, with partnerships across more than 200 companies.

Online, it was invisible. In October 2024 Semrush found just 5 ranking keywords for the domain. Financial services is one of the hardest spaces in search, crowded with banks, national brokerages and personal finance publishers.

A new firm cannot outrank them on day one for the big terms. It can earn trust by answering the specific questions real people ask.

A resource blog that ranks

The blog answers the questions people bring to a CPA and a REALTOR: what conversion means in real estate, how long a real estate contract lasts, why personal finance depends on behavior, what the first foundation of personal finance is, and whether a whole-house generator, gas fireplace insert or new garage door qualifies for a tax credit.

Specific questions like these have less competition and more intent. The reader who wants to know if their garage door qualifies for an energy credit is a reader who might need help with their taxes.

The honest part

Seasonal swings, a strong base.

Financial searches move with the calendar. Tax questions surge in the first months of the year and fade by summer, and ELVT’s rankings have risen and fallen with it, peaking in February 2026 and easing to about 290 by September.

Even at the low point, the site ranks for nearly sixty times the keywords it started with, and its best articles still hold the top three. The next step is to build content for the questions people ask year round, so the off-season holds steadier.

What it proves

Teach first, and clients follow.

In financial services, the firm that explains things clearly earns the right to help. ELVT Financial went from invisible to ranking for hundreds of money questions by doing exactly that, with credentials and booking one click away.

If you run an advisory, tax or financial planning firm, the same approach is open to you.
