Video production company website
Video production company website: Lighthouse Media Services
A veteran-owned studio, finally seen across Northeast Ohio.
This video production company website case study follows Lighthouse Media Services, a veteran-owned media production company in Eastlake, Ohio, trusted by the Cleveland Clinic, the US Marine Corps and Avery Dennison. We built a site that shows the work on stage and on screen, and grew it from 14 ranking keywords to 247, the most in its history.

Where it started
Big clients, small footprint.
Lighthouse Media Services has filmed and streamed events for some of the biggest names in Northeast Ohio: the Cleveland Clinic, the US Marine Corps, Avery Dennison, the City of Mentor, the City of Painesville and Lake Erie College. A veteran-owned company with more than twenty years of production experience, it saves clients thousands over traditional production houses with a streamlined process.
Search did not reflect any of that. At the start of 2025, Semrush counted just 14 ranking keywords for the site. Event planners and marketing teams looking for a video partner in Cleveland simply were not finding it.
The site needed to show the work, name the services clearly and give Google something worth ranking.

The build
Show the stage. Name the service.
A production company sells what it can capture. The site leads with real events Lighthouse has produced, then makes it effortless to find the right service and ask for a quote.
A homepage built on real events
The hero opens on a real conference Lighthouse produced, with the promise in one line: Cleveland’s premium media production company. Right below, four service icons for live streaming, webcasting, event production and video production, then a runway show, cameras rolling at a concert hall graduation and a hybrid board meeting with remote attendees on screen.
Teal and a confident orange carry the brand, the phone and email sit in the top bar, and a Get A Quote button follows the visitor through the page.
- Real productions in every section, never stock footage.
- Phone, email and Get A Quote on every screen.

Articles that outrank the industry
People hiring a production company often start with a basic question. What is media production? What is a 3D video? What is digital media production? Lighthouse now answers them, in plain language, from a team that produces events every week.
Those answers rank alongside much bigger names. The media production article holds the top three for a question with about 1,900 monthly searches, and the 3D video article ranks first for “what is 3d video” and in the top five for “3d videos”.
Proof that closes the deal
Event planners hire people they trust with a live audience. So the site puts the proof up front: the organizations Lighthouse has served, a reviews and partners page, a videos page with real work, and a live stream page showing what a broadcast looks like.
Every service page ends with a quote request, and the about page tells the veteran-owned story that sets Lighthouse apart from production houses that charge for overhead instead of results.

Phone, email and Get A Quote in the header and on every service page.
The results
From 14 keywords to a new high.
Semrush counted 14 ranking keywords at the end of 2024. Through 2025 the site climbed steadily, passing 100 in September. In 2026 it kept going: 154 in March, 167 in June, and 247 in September, the most in its history. Estimated organic traffic peaked at 484 visits in August 2026, the brand ranks #1 for “lighthouse media”, and its articles sit in the top three for a media production question with about 1,900 monthly searches.

Why it works
Steady growth, every quarter.
There was no single spike here, and that is the point. Every quarter since early 2025 has ended higher than the one before, because each new article and service page adds to what is already ranking instead of replacing it.
For a production company, that steady visibility matters more than a burst. Event planners book months ahead, and a site that keeps showing up all year is the one that ends up on the shortlist.
What it proves
Great work deserves to be found.
Lighthouse already had the clients and the craft. The website now shows both, names every service clearly and answers the questions buyers ask, and search has followed, quarter after quarter.
If you run a production, event or creative company, the same approach is open to you.
